These terms apply when you use serenadely.com ("Serenadely", "we", "us"), which is run by App Business Ventures LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Personalised songs. You tell us about someone; we write lyrics about them and record a song with them, and you get the finished song as MP3 files with its lyrics and a share page. Our products are created with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Each one is made for you and is unique, so results vary: two orders with the same details can come out differently.

Custom song: Songs are written and sung by AI. Every song is unique, and the same details can give a different song each time. We can't promise a particular melody, voice or pronunciation.

Birth-chart song: Birth-chart songs are for entertainment only. They don't predict the future and aren't advice of any kind.

Your order and your content

• You must be at least 18 years old to order.
• You confirm that you have the right to share what you send us (names, stories, photos) and that it doesn't break anyone's rights or the law. Only upload photos of people who agreed to it, or of your own children.
• We may refuse or stop an order whose content is hateful, sexual, violent, threatening, defamatory or illegal, or that uses other people's trademarks or copyrighted material. If we refuse a paid order, we refund it.
• You keep any rights you have in what you send us. You give us permission to use it only to make, deliver and support your order.

What you get

When you've paid, you may use your product for personal, non-commercial purposes: keep it, give it as a gift, play it or show it at events, and share it on social media. Reselling it or using it in advertising needs our written permission. We don't claim that AI-made content can be registered for copyright.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include everything for digital products unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Promo codes can't be combined unless stated.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email and on your order page, usually within minutes. If something goes wrong on our side and we can't deliver, we refund you in full. Keep the link to your order page: anyone with it can open your order. Download links stay available for about a year.

Limits

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: support@serenadely.com.
